If you try a Pet Perfume product and feel it isn’t right for you, you can request a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order, no hassle, no hard questions.
Send the item back to us and a replecement or full refund will be sent to you.
If the product has been tried this is not an issue however products significantly used or emptied do not qualify.
To start a money back request, simply contact us with your order number and a brief message. We’ll take care of the rest.
If the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect then we will cover the full cost of the return shipping, however if you simply change your mind you are responsible for this cost.
